Important Information About Your Rentals
On arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the operators of On The Road Again RV Rentals. Here is a summary of their terms and conditions:

Definitions
The following definitions apply for the Terms and Conditions for On The Road Again RV Rentals.

    * The Supplier means the operator of On The Road Again RV Rentals
    * The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s) or renter (s)

Payment
A non-refundable deposit will be collected at the time of confirmation. The balance due is payable 28 days prior to vehicle pick up and will be deducted by the supplier using your nominated credit card, provided at confirmation. All other fees, sales tax and US$700.00 security deposit must be paid upon pick up.

Note: If applicable any fees payable upon arrival will be itemised as such in your final breakdown of pricing.

PLEASE NOTE:
The supplier requires a major credit card imprint on file or a completed card authorization form in order to release a rental vehicle at the time of pick up. Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover is accepted. All rental fees, sales tax and $700 security deposit must be paid in full, before the vehicle leaves the lot. Pre-authorization on credit card and completed Credit Card Authorization form is required to cover any incidentals, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, that may have been incurred during the rental period. Please read your Terms and Conditions for full details.

Cancellation fees
The initial rental deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:

Cancellations are accepted up to 27 days prior to departure date with no penalty.
Cancellations 18-27 days prior to pick up date  = 20% cancellation fee
Cancellations made 17 days or less prior to the pick up date = total booking amount forfeited
No Shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Please Note: there are no refunds for unused days of hire, in the case that the vehicle is returned early.

Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

On The Road Again RV Rentals LLC Rental Terms and Conditions

1) No one-way rentals.

2) Free storage of automobile during term of rental agreement. On the road again RV rentals LLC will not be responsible for your vehicle while in storage. If your vehicle is damaged, stolen, or vandalized, your personal insurance company will be responsible.

3) All rental fees, sales tax and $700 security deposit must be paid in full, in advance of a rental vehicle leaving the lot. Pre-authorization on credit card and completed Credit Card Authorization form to cover any incidentals thereafter as outlined in the terms and conditions that may have been incurred during the rental period.Remaining balance and security deposit due 28 days prior to vehicle pick up.

4) Insurance is not included on the rental unit in the rental fee. Compulsory insurance is additional. The security deposit will be refunded within three business days upon return of the vehicle providing it is undamaged.

The renter is responsible for all damage and costs to the RV that may not be covered by the compulsory rental insurance, including tire damage of any kind. Renter is responsible for all parking tickets & traffic violations. Renter is responsible for all items missing from the RV including hub caps, mirrors, handles, compartment doors, rear ladder (if applicable), broken windows, damage to roof, and windshield wipers.

Should a breakdown occur, renter must notify the company's rental office immediately for repair authorization and follow instructions provided by On the road again RV rentals LLC . Renter is responsible for checking engine and transmission oil fluids, lug nuts, wheels, tires and coolant. Renter may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in a breakdown repair for 18 hours or more, through no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof. Radio, air-conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, cruise control, generator malfunctions, repair of flat tires, accidents are not considered as breakdowns and no refunds are available for these items.

6) Rental vehicles are issued with a full tank of gas, and must be returned in the same condition. If the rental vehicle must be refueled by  on the road again RV rentals LLC, the renter will be charged a $15 service fee in addition to actual fuel cost.

7) Rental vehicles are issued clean and sanitized. We do not pass on a cleaning fee to our renters and we kindly ask that the rental unit be returned as clean as possible. Rental units are equipped with cleaning supplies, garbage bags and electric sweeper.

8) Rental vehicles are issued with empty and rinsed holding tanks. We do not pass on a disposal fee to our renters and we kindly ask that the rental unit be returned with the holding tanks as empty as possible

9) The Rental Manager or his designee will show you how to operate the systems in the unit when you pick it up. He/she will also take you on a test drive to familiarize you with the vehicle’s handling.

10) If you are involved in an accident or the rental unit is vandalized or damaged,  regardless of circumstances your security deposit will be forfeited. The remainder of your security deposit, if any, will be refunded only if our insurance carrier is successful in subrogating the claim against another insurance company, which generally takes 6 - 12 months. It is your responsibility to obtain a police report in the event of an accident or vandalism, and to call the Rental Manager immediately.

11) On the road again RV rentals LLC will not be responsible for:

A. Loss of personal property or damage thereto.
B. Down time for accidental or mechanical failure.
C. Incidental expense for accident or mechanical failure, including but not limited to restaurant meals and motel rooms.
D. All units are covered under limited factory warranty and must be taken to Ford or Coachmen Dealerships for repairs unless authorization is obtained from the Rental Manager to take the rental vehicle elsewhere.

12) On the road again RV rentals LLC will supply:

A. sewer hose
B. a water hose
C. a 30 to 50-amp plug adaptor for campground plug-in.

13) If the rental vehicle is clean and available, it may be possible for you to pick up your RV the afternoon prior to your rental start date to allow pre-loading in preparation for your RV vacation. Contact the Rental Manager at least two (2) days in advance if you would like to make such a request. We will attempt to accommodate you in any way possible.

14) We must have a major credit card imprint on file or a completed card authorization form in order to release a rental vehicle. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We cannot and will not release a rental vehicle without one of the previously listed credit cards.

15) We will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age, and no one under 25 years of age is permitted to drive the vehicle. Additional insurance must be purchased for each additional driver at a cost of $20.00 per day per driver. Drivers must be ages 25 and over.The state of Florida requires a Class E or equivalent driver’s license to operate any type of motorhome.

16) Penalty for late return of rental vehicle will be a minimum of 100% forfeiture of security deposit (second deposit). This is a very stringent policy which will not be waived. Late return of a rental vehicle inconveniences the next rental client, and may cause cancellation of a rental due to the unavailability of the rental vehicle.

17) Smoking is not permitted in rental vehicles. Pets are not allowed. Motorhome is not to be driven on off-roads.Winter travel on the U.S. East Coast only.Evidence of any of these will forfeit your security deposit.

18) Kitchen fully equipped:
All cookware, flatware, glassware, kitchen towels, detergent, sponge, paper towels, napkins, oven mitts, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, crock pot, ice maker, electric skillet, rice cooker, ice cream scooper, wine bottle opener, can opener, coffee maker and filters, espresso maker, toaster, pizza cutter, variety of cooking spices, coffee, espresso coffee, tea, sugar, cream, olive oil, vinegar.

19) Bathroom fully equipped:
Hair dryer, mini flat iron, toilet tissue, toilet chemicals, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap, mini clothes iron/steamer.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

On The Road Again RV Rentals Insurance

Insurance is included on the rental unit in the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded within three business days upon return of the vehicle providing it is undamaged.

The renter is responsible for all damage and costs to the RV that may not be covered by the rental insurance, including tire damage of any kind. Renter is responsible for all parking tickets & traffic violations. Renter is responsible for all items missing from the RV including hub caps, mirrors, handles, compartment doors, rear ladder (if applicable), broken windows, damage to roof, and windshield wipers.

Should a breakdown occur, renter must notify the company's rental office immediately for repair authorization and follow instructions provided by On the road again RV rentals LLC . Renter is responsible for checking engine and transmission oil fluids, lug nuts, wheels, tires and coolant. Renter may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in a breakdown repair for 18 hours or more, through no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof. Radio, air-conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, cruise control, generator malfunctions, repair of flat tires, accidents are not considered as breakdowns and no refunds are available for these items.

Additional Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) may be purchased at renter’s expense at a cost of $15.00 per day per driver. Renter is responsible for insurance deductable and any collision damage not covered by rental insurance.
